- register for an event/consultation: we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, date of registration, name of the company you work for, your contact preferences and location, your address for invoicing, your business website address and social media links, including via our third party provider;
- subscribe on our Website, or fill out a contact form to receive notification on events or other services which we think might be of interest to you: we collect your first name, last name, email address, location and any further information you provide in the comment box;
- leave a comment/review on one of our Social Media Pages or blog: we may collect your first name, last name, picture, email address, name of the company you work for, your contact preferences and location, your business website address and social media links, and any information you leave in the comment box; and
- purchase a ticket for an event: we collect your billing details, i.e credit card details and other information that is necessary in order to process the transaction is processed through our third party payment provider and we do not collect your bank details.

To improve your experience, our Website may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons. A cookie is a small text file that our Website may place on your device as a tool to remember your preferences. These technologies help us better understand user behavior, tell us which parts of our Website people have visited and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of our products and services. You may opt-out of the collection and use of information in your browser settings.
(a) We use Mailchimp, a US-based email service provider. Mailchimp stores your personal contact information on their servers, collects contact information like your name and email, distributes our newsletter once you agreed to sign up to it, and tracks actions you take that assist us in measuring the performance of the website and newsletters. In some of our email messages, we use a “click-through URL” linked to content on the Website or social media platforms. When customers click one of these URLs, they pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on our Website. We track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. If you do not consent to us collecting information on your click-through activity, do not click text or graphic links in the email messages.
(b) Our Website uses Facebook Pixels and third parties like Facebook may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from your websites and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. We may also use custom audiences based on e-mails and phone numbers of our subscribers. This allows us to present special offers and communications to you via our Social Media Pages, and it means you may see an ad of B!Social as a result of visiting our website. You can always adjust how ads are targeted to you and opt-out of Facebook remarketing here.
(c) Our Website uses Google Analytics in order to better understand our users’ needs and optimise our service experience. Google Analytics is a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage. By visiting our Website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner described in Google’s Privacy Policy. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Website and your use of our services will be impaired.

We may disclose or share your personal information with third parties in the following circumstances:
- With your consent. We may share your personal information with third parties when you have provided your consent or requested us to do so. For example,
- if you participate in one of our events and agree to have your picture/video taken, we may use it to promote your business together with information about your business by sharing it on our Social Media Pages and Website, and/or we may use it in our marketing materials;
- if you participate in one of our social media activities by providing us with a picture, video and information about your business we may re-share this on our Social Medial Pages.
- We may invite you from time to time to complete a voluntary survey. All surveys are completed through Survey Monkey. All survey responses may be submitted anonymously and only your IP address is stored. You may voluntarily enter your name and e-mail address. All data submitted through Survey Monkey is stored on their servers and is subject to the Survey Monkey Privacy Policy.
- We may interact with you via Zoom, i.e to conduct an online meeting, consultation, interview. You can find out more about Zoom's Privacy Policy here.
- Third party service providers. We may share your personal information with companies who provide us services (such as information processing and event registration) so that we can administer the Site.
- Commercial partners. We may disclose your personal details to our commercial partners where you have consented or requested us to do so. For example, when we organise workshops jointly with a partner, where you have entered a competition, consented or requested to receiving marketing communications. You will be given clear information in each circumstance.
- Legal purposes. Where it is legally required by a third party or law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction (in which case we will generally require a production order or similar court order unless necessary to prevent or lessen a serious threat to public health or public safety or the life or health of you or someone else).
- To enforce our rights, prevent fraud and for safety. To protect and defend our rights, property or safety or that of third parties, including enforcing our privacy policy and any terms of use, or in connection with investigating and preventing fraud or other suspected illegality or security issues.
