Throwback in my mind to the past few years and the life-changing exploration I went on. This is a very personal post and feels like the perfect time to share it. I’ll trust my gut, however, it still feels a bit scary to own this. Well, it is just the time. So much of my self-reflection & growth is shaped by a dream and a calling to move to New Zealand, to the other side of the world, and basically recreating everything from scratch... Reinventing myself in completely new roles in a new place, as a parent, as a business woman & entrepreneur, a new me... actually, finding the real me. Leaving a much loved career as a diplomat behind, putting down old masks and patterns that don’t serve anymore, keeping skills & strengths that help me explore & grow, finding myself in a totally new environment, with new perspectives, new people, new impacts. Cherishing the relations, the connections, the experiences, the knowledge I bring from the past. Launching a new business, very consciously, that fits me perfectly, so I can bring my full potential to the world. Three years ago, when I launched, I knew it will be about leveraging social media. I knew I could help people raise their profiles and get visibility for their business. I also felt there will be another aspect to it, but it was still early days... so I called it Social Media and beyond... This past year, I feel I finally tapped into the beyond. It’s way beyond what I could have ever dreamed of. It allows me to tap into something much greater, and experience something that is hard to describe with words. It’s about presence and connection. Social media, interestingly, excitingly, and controversially, gave me the tools to be present, and to connect. To explore connection, as well as disconnection. It challenged me to depths as I witnessed it’s transformational effects. On me. People around me. My clients. In both ways. I’m very grateful that along the journey, I discovered some very valuable & additional tools, methods to make this process even more exciting. Throughout the past year, I set off to explore Theta healing, and this month, I completed a very specific training, that helped me integrate all these experiences into one. I said goodbye to things that don’t belong anymore, and I made space for a whole lot of new things to come. I’m excited about the potential. And I’m excited to take you on this journey with me, if you are willing to join... Nature and the amazing beaches were and are still a big part of this. Living by the sea helps me connect. The waves know it. They come to the coast, wash away things, and the waves never stop. I feel like a wave, moving across the shores, and part of the big blue ocean. I wish you all a wonderful day, from my favourite Tahuna beach. I hope you find what you love.
